Dom's Daring Dreams

Nine year old Dom knows he has dreams, but when he wakes up he can never remember them. Falling asleep one night, his dreams soon start and he finds himself in a strange, unfamiliar world nothing like his hometown. His clothes are different too, no sign of his favourite Leeds United pyjamas but a woollen tunic and leather sandals instead. The place is smelly and grimy and all of the people are talking an unusual language. Remembering his history lessons, Dom soon realises that he is in ancient Rome and whilst he looks around him, fascinated, he is soon caught up in a case of mistaken identity. The following night he slips into his dreams again, but this time he is thrust into the world of the royal courts and an encounter with the king himself for another spectacular journey.
