How Can I Pay for My Item?
Nataraj Books accepts Master Card or Visa. Our site is secure and you should feel comfortable entering all your account information because this information will not be sold and Nataraj Books and its employees are the only people that will see this information. We also accept Checks and Money orders, please send them to:

When Will My Order Be Shipped After it's Placed?
Your order will be processed and shipped in about 2 business days if the product is in stock. Any products not in stock will be ordered and should be shipped within 1-6 weeks. In a situation where the book is not readily in stock, you will be notified.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated. Nataraj Books uses online UPS and USPS calculators so we do not over charge our customers for shipping. All shipping charges are calculated depending on the weight of the product you buy so there is no extra or outrageous fees like other websites. At Nataraj Books you will not be charged Processing fees that could cost more than $5.00.
What is Your Return Policy?
Nataraj Books inspects all of our products before they are sent. If you purchase a media item from us and it does not work, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. All of our products are Original and in working condition. All of our books are new and in new condition. Some books may be slightly worn due to shelving, however this is very unlikely. When returning an item, please e-mail us first and we will give you all return instructions, please do not return the item without notifying us. Nataraj Books will refund your money the same way you paid for the item.
Do All Orders Require Prepayment?
All orders do not require prepayment. If you're ordering from a library or university, prepayment is not required, you must pay after you receive the books. However, if you are not ordering from a library or university you must prepay for your order.
Do You Offer Any Other Shipping Methods?
(YES) As of right now the website can only calculate Media Mail shipping calculations for USPS and all shipping calculations for UPS. WE DO OFFER more shipping options if you e-mail us at orders@natarajbooks.com .
