The Incredible Star Portal

After twenty years in suspension on a space flight to the planet Iris, Captain Gill and his crew awake to find they have been asleep for over a thousand years, and apparently no one has come to look for them. Bad goes to worse as they discover that Earth is no longer habitable and they are threatened by aliens with far superior technology who appear to have taken over the entire galaxy. Where will they find help? Who can they trust? Where can they go when nowhere seems to offer a safe haven? Faced with enemy attack, disease and mind-altering 'disruptors' the four will have to prove that humans can still outwit other species, or die in the attempt.
