Webwood

Twenty-five years ago Larry Weber and his wife moved to an old farm. He quickly learned that the woods, ponds, swamps, fields and lake frontage contained a huge diversity of wildlife. During the subsequent years, he walked the land regularly and observed much of what nature had to show. The home, called Webwood, is not that different than many of the other nearby settings, but here nature acts out daily dramas and a plethora of organisms reveal themselves for the one willing to take a closer look. This book is a series of anecdotes of various animals that live at or near Webwood. To the observant walker, they show us that wonders of nature can be seen in most any location.
